Man seatin with book. Reading artvile about 7 effective books on forgiveness and letting go

Let’s begin!

The Happiness Project, by Gretchen Rubin

Book cover. The Happiness Project, by Gretchen Rubin. Perfect book about letting go.

The Happiness Project uncovers a woman’s journey to happiness. This journey is based on research.

Her task was to achieve the highest levels of happiness. To do this, she used various techniques, tools, and methods. This book will help those who are unable to grasp happiness by its tail.

By the way, in the book, you will find an interesting notice that luck has many enemies. But isn’t it true that there are many people who hate happiness?

Why, for heaven’s sake, hate happiness? After all, happiness can be a wonderful tool.

Yes, I use happiness as a tool through which I strive for various wonderful goals. Yes, I don’t strive for happiness—I USE IT.

Only a few people understood. But that’s just how it is.

Outliers, by Malcolm Gladwell

Book cover: Outliers, by Malcolm Gladwell

Some people say that this is the best book by Gladwell, but I don’t know if that is true since I haven’t read any of his other books. However, I do know that this book is worth paying attention to.

If you care about fame, success, and intelligence, you should read it.

Oh yes, it’s a great creation that perfectly fits on this list of the best books about letting go.

Why?

Throughout the book, he explores the role that family, culture, and friendship play in a person’s success, and how these backgrounds can either positively or negatively impact their lives. He also discusses the idea that sometimes it may be necessary to let go of the past in order to achieve great things.

The 5 Love Languages, by Gary Chapman

Book Cover. The 5 Love Languages, by Gary Chapman. This book is about leeting go.

Many people have heard of this book, but is it actually good? Can I give it a rating of 5 stars? No, I cannot. In fact, I would give it 6 stars.

Reading it is easy (although not easier than my book “Happy Bastards”), and it conveys a powerful message.

The main idea of this book is that people in relationships use different languages. This means that you can communicate with your loved one not only through speaking but also through actions and… Forgive yourself and others for being who they are.

What are those five languages? If speaking the truth, some of them may be cheesy, but I especially love the language of physical touch.

“Are you talking about sex, Alex?” someone will say.

No, not exactly. Physical touch is not always about sex.

Oh yes, if you invest more time in this question, you will realize many things.

Even a small, warm touch that lasts only a second can have a huge impact on relationships. For example, I love to hold the hand of my loved person. You know what I mean. It means f*cking a lot.

The Book of Forgiving: The Fourfold Path for Healing Ourselves and Our World, by Desmond Tutu, Mpho Tutu

The Book of Forgiving

This book will help you to show two middle fingers to painful experiences and bad thoughts. I hope you are ready for this. Because reading can give more than you can imagine.

This book has many powers. It can help to understand: what are pain and forgiveness.

All its information can solve your pain in a healthy way.

Trust me; you can forgive others and yourself!

But…

I WARN YOU: forgiveness is not for sissies. This is what the author of this book says.

That’s it…

Oh, the truth is that I almost forgot to share the best quote of the book: “Forgiveness is nothing less than the way we heal the world.”

Eat, Pray, Love, by Elizabeth Gilbert

Eat, Pray, Love, by Elizabeth Gilbert

Everyone knows this book.

You can even watch a movie based on this book.

And although the movie is a bit overwrought, Eat, Pray, Love has a good message, so I recommend reading the book.

It’s not just about leaving the past behind. It is about finding a future, how to wake up, experience new things and find hope.

This is a book that more than reading once is needed. You need at least a few times.

Good luck.

Judgment Detox, by Gabby Bernstein

Judgment Detox, by Gabby Bernstein

Judgment and forgiveness mean different things and, at the same time, are related to each other. We all judge ourselves. Some more, others less. Who judges cannot be successful, but who doesn’t judge… You got the message, right?

So how to stop judging?

Why do we judge?

Judgment Detox helps break bones for bad thoughts.

The author of this book offers to kill your inner judgmental persona.

She offers to practice self-forgiveness. Self-forgiveness is not a popular word, but today it will change. From today, self-forgiveness will be on your lips, dear reader.

Don’t Feel Stuck! by Jaclyn Johnston

Don’t Feel Stuck! by Jaclyn Johnston

The author of this amazing book—Jaclyn Nicole Johnston, asks us: “Why is it hard to move forward? Because of fear?”

Maybe the problem is that we are too self-important?

Maybe because we spend all our time thinking about past mistakes, it is hard to forgive ourselves?

Oh yes, try to find an answer for yourself!

This book can help you. Because the author writes about how don’t feel stuck in the past, in work, in life.

Jaclyn helps us immerse in the world of dwelling in creative ways.

The book shows the truth about thoughts that stop us on the way to a successful life.

Release all f*cking limiting thoughts, and you will free yourself!

Final word about books on forgiveness

Forgiveness is an extremely powerful tool. With it, you reach peace. If you know how to forgive, you will save a ton of time for important work. And if you don’t know how to forgive, then you will be sad, you will think about the past—kill your life. Therefore, you should learn how to forgive.

In order to forgive, letting go of the past is important! Reading books on letting go is important.

Letting people go is also important, so if you hold someone by the hair and don’t want to let go, then think carefully, is it worth it?
